Riverboat Extravaganza

The Big 10 alumni clubs in St. Louis had a cruise on the Mississippi River aboard the Becky Thatcher on Sunday, June 14.  The river was high, but the clouds parted and the sun shown.  We had an extensive brunch, live piano music, juggling, and balloon shape creations for the young and young at heart.  Some wore their school colors and we decked the boat with the traditional M flag since the cruise was sponsored by The University of Michigan Alumni Club of St. Louis.  Some of the pictures from the event are shown in the "Club Photos" sidebar or click here.

Mark August 29 on your Calendar

Football season kicks off and Penn State is organizing a "Season Kickoff Happy Hour."  Details will be worked out later, but it will be at Johnny's in Soulard.  Cardinal's game (option) to follow.
